Jacob Ucar
Managing Partner & CIO
Two decades of Private Credit experience having joined Park Square Capital in 2007.
Former Partner and Head of Credit Opportunities at Park Square. Served as a member of the Investment and Executive Committees.
Previous experience includes Investment Banking at Merrill Lynch and Market Development at the Linde Group.
Holds a B.A. in Business Administration at Jonkoping International Business School, and a Master’s degree in Finance from the Stockholm School of Economics.
Cyrus Imregun
Partner
Over a decade of investment experience in Private Equity and Private Credit.
Previously a Founding Partner at Blue Crescent Capital (2022-2024), with prior experience as a Principal at FitzWalter Capital (2020-2022). Prior to this, he was an Associate Director at Alteri, an Apollo Global Management fund.
Prior experience as an Associate at Park Square Capital and as an Analyst at Credit Suisse.
Holds a BA in Philosophy, Politics & Economics from the University of Oxford.
Piers Dennison
Partner & Chairman
Over three decades of leadership experience, specialising in third-party capital raising, investor relations, and board advisory. Worked alongside Jacob as Partner and Head of Investor Relations at Park Square Capital (2013-2021).
Previous experience includes leadership roles at Providence (2011-2013), Candover (2003-2010), and the Boston Consulting Group (1995-2003).
Prior experience at S.G. Warburg (1988-1994) across Corporate Finance, US Private Placement and Eurobond / bank credit teams.
Holds a Master’s degree from Cambridge University, and MBA with distinction from INSEAD.
Cormac Bartley
Head of Operations
Over 15 years’ experience, managing close-ended, open-ended and evergreen funds across Europe and the US.
Previous experience within the Private Credit industry working as a Fund Accountant and Portfolio & Fund Management at Fidelity, Barings and Goldman Sachs.
Honours Degree in History from University College Cork and a Diploma in Business Services from Dublin Business School.
Adam Middleton
Head of People, Culture & Talent
Over two decades of experience. A leadership development expert, specialising in advising CEOs, executives, and professional services and asset management firms.
Previous experience as a Partner at Manchester Square Partners and prior to that as a Partner at Spencer Stuart.
Holds a first-class degree in Economics and Finance from Loughborough University.
Fabio Monteine
Vice President
Prior experience includes leading the private credit efforts in Europe for Hamilton Lane (2023-2026).
Prior to that, Fabio served as VP in Leveraged Finance (2018-2022). He also previously held roles at Lloyds as an Associate Director in UK Leveraged Finance and at MUFG.
Holds an MSc in Investment Management from Cass Business School and a BSc in Finance & Investment Banking from the University of Reading.
Gabriel Sismeiro
Senior Associate
Prior experience includes Group.One, a Cinven portfolio company (2024–2025).
Gabriel has also previously held roles at Bain & Company in the Private Equity Group (2020–2024), advising on over 20 transactions across Europe, the US and Latin America.
MBA at London Business School.
Holds a BA in Mechanical Engineering from Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina.

Graduated from the University of Warwick with a BSc in Accounting & Finance.
MSc in Analytics from London Business School.
Work experience at Ardian and Trilantic Europe.
